Inexpensive Christmas gift and creative gift giving
By: Monica Foth
We all know that when it comes to Christmas we often get ourselves into financial distress so let us try to make it different this year by creating an inexpensive Christmas gift. With a little imagination you can create an inexpensive Christmas gift quite easily.
Let me help you along with a few create inexpensive Christmas gift ideas. We all love to eat, right? So why not create a recipe book of all your favorite meals and present it to your closest relatives? If you have children or know someone who does, you could make a dress-up chest for them. All you need to do is find an old box with a lid, perhaps at a garage sale, and decorate it in some way, fill it with clothing items from the thrift store. These items could be anything that is unusual looking and fun such as fancy shoes, dresses and suits, costumes, hats and jewelry. It is amazing how many fun-filled hours will be spent playing.
Another creative but inexpensive Christmas gift is to collect a bunch of old jewelry including watches, take them apart and put together an interesting picture by gluing the pieces onto a board and then framing it. All these items can be bought for a song at flea markets and second hand stores. Get creative this Christmas for something personal and unique!
